How many support tickets can I raise each month?
You can submit as many tickets as you like and if it’s something your plan covers we will take care of it. If any of your requests are outside of your plan we will give you an estimate based on how long we think it will take or we can quickly upgrade you to a higher plan.
Does it matter where my site is hosted?
As long as we can easily access your site via FTP, SSH or via the control panel then it shouldn’t matter. However if the provider or platform is difficult to work with we can review and make suggestions to make life easier for both of us.
Can I get a discount if I have more than one website?
We are currently offering a 10% discount on each additional plan you take out with us. Simply sign up to one of our plans and send us a message stating which additional plan/s you require and we will add this to your account. Please note that we only discount plans that are equal to or lower than the highest plan you sign up to.
Can I change my plan after signup?
You can upgrade or downgrade via your account area as needed. If you need help with this just send us a support request.
What are your support hours?
Our default hours are 8am – 10pm GMT or GMT+1 in the summer months.
My site has been hacked, can you help me clean it up?
Sure thing, if you haven't got a site care plan sign up for one and then order a one-off hack cleanup. Once you have a site care plan and a hack-free website any future hack cleanups, should you ever need any, will be free of charge.
